Sarkari Result Declared - What Next?

A Sarkari Result is a checkpoint, not always the finish line. Most boards call the shortlisted candidates for document verification, a skill or physical test or a further exam, so keep your papers ready even if your name is on the list.

Bihar Vidhan Parishad: Written Examination, Skill / Typing Test, Document Verification and Medical Examination. Dates for the later rounds are usually announced separately on the official site.

How the Vacancies Are Split

Data Entry Operator DEO is the largest Sarkari Naukri with 35 of the 64 posts (55% of the total). The smallest lot is Personal Assistant (PA) with 7 post(s), so competition per seat differs sharply between posts. There are 4 separate post lines; check each one against your qualification instead of applying for the headline number.

Post-wise Eligibility at a Glance

Different posts in this notice ask for different qualifications (12th Pass, Post Graduate). Match yourself to the post you want, not to the headline.

Checking the PA Result: What You Need and Where to Look

To see your Bihar Vidhan Parishad result, go to vidhanparishad.bihar.gov.in, find the result notice and use the link for this government job. You will usually need your roll number, registration number or date of birth. The list is dated 28 Apr 2026.

Result days bring heavy traffic, so the page may load slowly for an hour or two. Wait a little and try again instead of paying anyone for a shortcut.

Understanding Marks, Rank and Cut-off

Some results are a merit list, some are a list of roll numbers shortlisted for the next stage. The heading and the note at the top of the PDF tell you which one you are looking at.

Do not read too much into cut-offs shared on social media. The real cut-off is set by the number of vacancies, the paper difficulty and category-wise performance, and it changes every cycle.

For exams held in several shifts, the organisation may apply score adjustment. The method, if any, is explained in the exam notice.

What Happens After the Result

Shortlisting in the result is not the end of the process. The next stage mentioned is Written Examination; Skill / Typing Test; Document Verification. Read every instruction on the official site before the date.

Selection in a government Sarkari Naukri is never for sale. If someone asks you for money to get your name in a list, ignore the message and report it to the police or the organisation.

Common Mistakes After a Result

The gap between result and the next stage can be short. Candidates who start early usually cope better with the next step.

Another common error is trusting unofficial cut-off lists on social media. Use the official list, and treat any estimate as guidance only.

If Your Name Is Not in the List

A missed result is disappointing, but it is also useful information. Compare your score with the trend, note the sections where you lost marks and plan a fresh preparation cycle. PA publishes new notices regularly, and other exams of similar level can suit you too.

You can follow all updates of PA on the PA page, and keep an eye on the exam calendar for the next chance.

Earlier PA Notifications

This is the first PA notification we have on this site. Earlier notices of the same organisation, if any, are added here as soon as we publish them; see all PA updates.

What to Do After the Result

• Download the scorecard now; many portals remove the link after a few weeks.
• Compare your marks with the previous cut-off trend before deciding your next step.
• If your roll number is missing, check the notice for a separate waiting or reserve list.
• Note the objection or re-evaluation window, if the notice gives one.
• Save the result PDF in two places along with your application number.
