Exam Day Rules and Reporting
Plan your journey a day early. Bus and train delays are not accepted as a reason for late entry.
Carry the printed admit card and an original photo ID. Mobile phones, smart watches, calculators and bags are often prohibited, and the centre may not have a place to keep them safely.
Exam City Slip and Admit Card: The Difference
The city slip is only an advance notice of the city where you will write the exam, so you can plan travel and stay. Entry to the hall needs the admit card, which shows the centre address, shift and timings.
If You Cannot Download or Lose the Admit Card
Check that you are using the correct registration number and date of birth, exactly as in your form. If the problem continues, write to the helpline email or call the number on the official notice. Take a few printouts once it is downloaded, because one copy may be collected at the centre.
Earlier PHC Notifications
This is the first PHC notification we have on this site. Earlier notices of the same organisation, if any, are added here as soon as we publish them; see all PHC updates.
Exam Day Checklist
- Carry an original photo ID along with the printout; a phone copy is usually not accepted.
- If your photo is unclear, follow the notice's instructions to get a corrected card before exam day.
- Sign only where the card asks you to, and only in the invigilator's presence if instructed.
- Report any mismatch to the helpline shown on the card immediately and save a screenshot.
