IBPS Clerk (CSA) 16th Pre Selection Process & Exam Details

Selection normally runs in this order for this kind of Sarkari Naukri. The official notice has the final word, so check it for the exact rounds.

1. Preliminary Exam
2. Main Exam

Deadlines and Time Left

• The exam is 7 day(s) away (about 1 week(s)).

Your Next Steps After the Admit Card

Sometimes an exam city slip comes first and the admit card follows a few days later. Download both early, because the website slows down on the last day, and keep two printouts ready.

Recruitments like Clerk (CSA) 16th Pre usually go through First Exam and Main Exam. The official notice gives the exact rounds and dates.

How the Vacancies Are Split

Uttar Pradesh is the largest government job with 1,731 of the 11,403 posts (15% of the total). The smallest lot is Ladakh with 6 post(s), so competition per seat differs sharply between posts. There are 37 separate post lines; check each one against your qualification instead of applying for the headline number.

Post-wise Eligibility at a Glance

Post-wise qualification level, subject requirement and minimum marks, where the notice states them:

Preparation Plan From the Dates

• With under three weeks left, stop starting new topics. Revise notes, solve previous papers and practise the exam-day routine.
• Track negative marking rules in the notice and practise attempting only questions you are reasonably sure of.
• Read the exam pattern once fully so you know the sections, marks and duration before you begin.

IBPS Admit Card Download: Login Details and Common Problems

Open ibps.in, find the admit card link for Clerk (CSA) 16th Pre and sign in with your registration number and password or date of birth. Download the PDF and print it on A4 paper. The exam is on 11 Oct 2026.

If the link does not open, try a different browser or device, clear the cache and avoid the peak hours. The organisation often extends the download window.

Details to Check on Your Admit Card

• Your name, roll number, date of birth and category
• Photograph and signature – they should be clear and belong to you
• Exam name, date, shift and reporting time
• Exam centre name and full address
• Instructions and the list of items not allowed inside
• Any space for signature or thumb impression to be filled at the centre

If any detail is wrong or missing, contact the helpline on the admit card at once and keep a screenshot as proof. Do not wait for exam day.

Exam Day Rules and Reporting

Reach the centre well before the reporting time. Gates are usually closed before the exam begins and late candidates are not allowed in.

Take your printed admit card, an original photo ID and only the items the instructions permit. Phones, watches and bags are usually not allowed inside, and centres seldom keep them safe.

Exam City Slip and Admit Card: The Difference

Do not confuse the two documents. The exam city slip helps you book tickets, while the admit card is the one that lets you sit for the paper.

If You Cannot Download or Lose the Admit Card

First make sure the registration number and date of birth are exactly as you entered them in the form. If you still cannot log in, use the helpline number or email in the official notice. Print more than one copy after downloading.
