JPG to PDF Converter – Make One PDF from Your Photos and Certificates
When a form asks you to upload your mark sheet, caste certificate or any other document as a PDF, and you only have photos from your phone, this converter is what you need. You can add one picture or many, arrange them in the right order and get a single PDF file.
The PDF is made on your own phone or computer. Your certificates and photos are not uploaded to any server, which matters because they contain personal details.
How to use the JPG to PDF Converter
- Choose your pictures. You can select many at once. Each one becomes one page.
- Use the arrow buttons to put the pages in the right order, and the cross button to remove a wrong picture.
- Choose the page size (A4 is the most common), the margin and the picture quality.
- If the portal has a limit, type the maximum PDF size in KB. Press "Make my PDF" and download the file.
Getting a readable PDF
Take the photo of the document in daylight, with the paper flat on a table, and keep the phone straight above it. Crop the extra table around the paper before you convert it. The text on the PDF should be easy to read when you zoom in once, because the person who checks the document will read it on a screen.
Keeping the PDF under the size limit
Many portals accept only a small PDF, for example up to 200 KB or 500 KB. Type that number in the box and the tool lowers the picture quality in small steps until the PDF fits. If it still does not fit, remove pages that are not needed, or take smaller pictures. Do not reduce the quality so much that the text becomes unreadable. A PDF that cannot be read is as bad as no PDF.
Page size and margin
Choose A4 when the document will be printed or checked as a normal page. Choose "Same size as the picture" when you want the page to have no empty space. A wide picture automatically gets a wide page, so that it is not shrunk too much.
Before you upload the PDF
- Open the downloaded file once and check that all pages are there and in the right order.
- Check that your name and roll number, if any, are readable.
- Give the file a simple name, for example marksheet_10th.pdf, because some portals reject special characters.
Frequently asked questions
Can I put many photos in one PDF?
Yes. Select all of them together and arrange the order with the arrow buttons.
Is there a limit on the number of pages?
There is no fixed limit in the tool, but a phone may become slow with very large pictures. For many pages, convert in two or three parts.
Will my documents be uploaded?
No. The PDF is built in your browser, so the pictures stay on your device.
Can I convert PNG or screenshots too?
Yes. PNG and WEBP pictures are also accepted, and they are placed on a white page background.
How do I make the PDF smaller?
Choose "Smaller file" for quality, or type the maximum KB in the size box and the tool will try to fit it.
