Marriage Bio-Data Maker – Create Shaadi Biodata in Hindi and English
A marriage bio-data is a one-page introduction of a boy or a girl that families share when they start a rishta conversation. It should be clean, true and easy to read. This tool gives you a neat A4 bio-data with labels in English and Hindi, and you only need to fill the boxes.
Choose one of twelve ready formats and a colour, add a top line such as Shri Ganesh or your own heading, up to three photos, birth details, gotra, height, education, work, family and contact, and see the page forming on the screen. Then save it as a PDF to send by WhatsApp or to print. Nothing you type is uploaded.
How to use the Marriage Bio-Data Maker
- Choose the top line (or leave it empty), the heading and the colour.
- Add a clear photo if you want one on the page.
- Fill the personal, education, family and contact details. Leave any box empty and that line will not appear.
- Check the live preview. Press "Download / print as PDF" and select "Save as PDF" in the print window.
What a good bio-data contains
Most families look for the same things: name, date and time of birth, height, complexion, education, work, family members, native place and a contact number. Some families also like to see the gotra and rashi. Include only what you want to share. Every box is optional, and a blank box is simply left out of the page.
Keep your privacy in mind
- Do not write your Aadhaar, PAN or bank details on a bio-data. They are never needed at this stage.
- Write the income only if you wish to. The box is optional.
- If you send the file in a big WhatsApp group, anyone can save it. Share it with people you know.
- Use a recent, clear photo and the same details that are on your documents.
Tips for a neat page
Keep each answer short, so the whole bio-data stays on one page. Write the address in one line with the city and state, and write one contact number of a family member. Use the same spelling of names everywhere. If you choose a top line such as a prayer line, it appears in the centre above the heading.
Saving as PDF
Press the print button and, in the window that opens, choose "Save as PDF" as the printer. On a phone, use the print or share option and choose PDF. The page size is A4.
